The sales team’s pivotal role is to find and close the right clients and partners to help us do just that.

 

About your role

As an Account Manager at e180, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients where your objective is to secure renewals and identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with your clients, identifying growth opportunities and obtaining referrals to maximise your portfolio value.

The Sales team is highly collaborative: we work closely with every team at e180 (Marketing, Experience, Product, Customer Success, Development).

Our weekly meetings are a platform for discussing difficult strategic questions. We value transparency, fluid communication and openness to unexpected collaborations. e180 is ambitious and developing rapidly; the Sales team must follow the pace.

The Sales team is agile and adaptable while new avenues and business sectors perpetually unfold. We’re often remote-friendly, given that e180 is developing internationally, and we are looking for someone who is open to traveling to meet clients face-to-face when it will be possible.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing business accounts and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to renew and grow existing accounts
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and industry in order to provide value-added solutions and services
  • Attend relevant client events  to develop and strengthen relationship and develop new business opportunities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot or CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
