About your team

Your e180 team:

At e180, learning is at the heart of what we do. We believe in empowering people to grow by sharing knowledge and experiences. Our team is dedicated to creating meaningful learning opportunities, not just for our employees but for clients and communities around the world. We focus on fostering environments where collaboration thrives, and new ideas are always welcome.

Your department:

The XP (Experience) Team is responsible for designing and delivering transformative learning experiences for and with our clients. Experience Producers work closely with event organizers to bring the Braindate experience to life. XP Team consults our clients on how to implement a web-based application to help scale peer-learning at their events and within their communities worldwide. Beyond implementation, we guide our clients in using our tools and templates to help them create experiences that resonate with and elevate their communities. The XP Team’s work is a key part of e180’s ongoing evolution and the impact we aim to have in the world and we are continually refining our service and offering as we learn and grow.

Your team’s rituals and ways of working together

Members of the XP Team are independent yet highly collaborative. Weekly meetings provide space to share insights and learn from each other’s experiences on different client projects. Collaboration across departments (Product, Marketing, Sales) ensures that challenges are met creatively and efficiently, with an emphasis on supporting each other to achieve shared success.

On a weekly basis the XP Team is aligning with clients to ensure their engagement strategies and plans for bringing Braindate to life with their communities are successful for all stakeholders. We consult on our pillars of success, and we report back to the client specific actions and directions they can take to help generate further impact while using our toolkit of templates and best practices. As a team we are dedicated to raising the bar of human-centred hosting, and engaging people in sharing and gaining knowledge no matter their level of experience, or expertise.

We value authenticity in our work and the relationships we build, and we’re always ready to step up when new challenges or opportunities arise. If you’re passionate about delivering meaningful experiences and driving the success of your projects, you’ll feel right at home here.
