Your department:

The Marketing Manager’s position is housed within e180’s Europe team. Our team is welcoming, entrepreneurial and collaborative! We work closely with all of e180’s teams, but most often with the Sales and Braindate Experience teams based out of Montreal. You will also work closely with our Montreal marketing team (experts in marketing, communication and design).

We take a prototyping and incremental iteration approach to test certain hypotheses and implement strategic tactics and projects. We usually work on several projects at the same time. If this kind of collaborative work appeals to you, you will fit in perfectly with us.

 

Your Role

The global pandemic has allowed us to reinvent ourselves and take advantage of growth opportunities in new markets. We have segmented our services to meet specific needs into 4 segments; Events, Organizations, Community and General Public. This position will help us, among other things, to achieve our growth plan by entering new markets and target new audiences. This role is essential in raising worldwide awareness on Braindate and attracting new partners and clients.

Your role? Builds, executes, measures, and optimizes the marketing strategy focusing on attracting clients and partners with Braindate and other impending products for all segments (Events, Organizations, Community) and formats (Live, Virtual, Hybrid).

 

Your tasks may include:

Developing and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to generate leads and increase brand awareness:

  • Planning and supervising the implementation of marketing campaigns (paid or not) and strategies including A/B testing, establishing deadlines and budgets accordingly, learn and improve based on results
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with Sales activities and working closely with Head of Sales to build and execute robust cold lead engagement strategy using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Defining tools and processes to execute these strategies
  • Determining ways to track and measure the success of marketing strategies, such as key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring campaigns and strategies are aligned with company’s and client’s marketing goals and objectives, as well as its mission, vision and values
  • Monitoring the different strategies in execution to ensure goals are met
  • Providing recommendations for future tactics, seeking to increase lead generation, applying a customer-focused perspective at the moment of making decisions.

Partnership Management

  • Developing strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and tech partners
  • Researching and reporting on potential strategic relationships
  • Negotiating with agencies, vendors, and suppliers regarding distribution partnership agreements and strategies
  • Nourishing partnership relationships by being the point of reference
  • Event Sponsorship
    • Manages and applies sponsorship budget
    • Conducts online/onsite lead engagement strategies during the events
  • e180’s events
    • Produce/organize e180 event
    • Find partners and sponsors to attract more participants

 

Qualities that could set you apart:
